Cancellation Policy
At MemoryX Education, we strive to provide the best learning experience for all our students. We understand that life happens and sometimes plans change. Please take note of our cancellation policy for booked sessions. Cancellation of Individual Sessions: 24-Hour Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule an individual session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within this time frame will be eligible for a full refund or rescheduling of the session. Less than 24 Hours: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session will incur a 50% cancellation fee. This applies to no-shows or late cancellations. Cancellation of Package Sessions (Multiple Sessions or Course): 7 Days Notice: If you have purchased a package or course and need to cancel, please notify us at least 7 days in advance of your first session to receive a full refund. Less than 7 Days: Cancellations within 7 days of your first session will be refunded at 50% of the total cost, as we reserve time and resources for each student. No Refunds After Completion: Once a course or package has been fully completed, we cannot offer a refund. If you need to reschedule any remaining sessions, you must do so before the scheduled start date. Rescheduling Sessions: If you need to reschedule a session, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to choose another available slot. If rescheduling is not possible within the same week or time frame, we will work with you to find a mutually agreeable time. No-Show Policy: No-Show: If a student misses a session without prior notice or without rescheduling, it will count as a "no-show," and the session will be forfeited. Unfortunately, no refunds will be given for missed sessions. Bookings and Payments All services provided by MemoryX Education are subject to availability and the booking of sessions through the website or other designated booking platforms.
